Jason L. Holloway
Owner/President
Jason joined Avoler Group in March of 2015 after spending the previous four years in the staffing and ship repair industries. A Veteran and former Naval Officer, Jason spent nearly six and a half years on active duty deploying twice to the Arabian Gulf. Following his time on active duty, Jason joined East Coast Repair and Fabrication, a ship repair company headquartered in Norfolk, VA, in July of 2011. At ECR&F, Jason was responsible for the largest division within the company and represented the executive leadership team during two of the company’s largest prime Government contracts spanning nearly twenty months in duration.
Jason then joined Horizon Services, a staffing company and subsidiary of ECR&F, as the Chief Operating Officer in January of 2014. Working closely with the other members of the management team, Jason helped the company grow over 20% in 2014 and led the successful expansion of the company to the Jacksonville, FL market capturing nearly $1 million in additional revenue in the first six months of operations.
Jason was born in Annapolis, MD, but has spent most of his life in the Hampton Roads, VA area. He graduated from the US Naval Academy in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Old Dominion University’s Strome College of Business in 2011. Jason currently resides in Larchmont - Norfolk, VA with his wife Ashley, daughter Berkley, and son Jackson.

Felix M. Aviles Rios
Owner/Operations
Felix formed Avoler Group in early-2015 after spending the previous 28 years in the Marine and Staffing industries. A native of San Juan, Puerto Rico and a third-generation Longshoreman, Felix worked as a Longshoreman from 1986 to 2004. He also served on the Union Board of Directors from 1990 to 2004 for the International Longshoremen’s Association, Local 1740, in San Juan.
Felix made the move to the Hampton Roads, VA area in 2004. A tireless professional, in his previous endeavor he was a critical element in the success and growth of a Norfolk-based staffing company. During the nearly ten years of his time with the company, Felix aided in the development from a small startup to a company which consistently delivered over $20 Million in annual revenue. Built on a foundation of trust and integrity, he has developed many longstanding relationships with both customers and employees and looks forward to continuing to serve both with Avoler Group.
He is a graduate of the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, where he majored in Business Administration. An avid fisherman, Felix enjoys spending his free time fishing on the waters of the Chesapeake Bay and East Coast. He currently resides in Virginia Beach, VA with his wife, Marie.

Ashley Wilson
Accounting/Payroll Specialist
Ashley grew up in a small Tennessee town much different from Hampton Roads. From being the starting center on her school’s football team her 8th grade year to becoming a General Manager of a family restaurant by the age of 21, she’s always enjoyed pushing the envelope and strives to exceed expectations.
In 2007, she decided to uproot and move to bustling Hampton Roads to be with her current husband. Shortly after the move, she accepted a job working in the Accounting/Payroll Department of a staffing company. For the next 5 years, she gained crucial knowledge that has helped prepare her for her current position with Avoler Group, LLC.
While she’s not crunching numbers, she enjoys camping, online gaming, and baking.

Ana Torres
Office Manager
Ana was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She worked for 11 years at an insurance agency overseeing key accounts and customer service as a certified agent for personal, commercial, and life insurance policies. After developing her skillset and gaining critical experience, as well as, a strong business acumen she decided to start her own business in the women’s apparel and accessories industry, which she successfully ran from 2009 to 2014.
In 2014, she decided to move to Virginia to join her husband who is currently working in the ship repair industry. Ana joined Avoler Group in the Spring of 2015.
Ana is a mother of three and in her free time she loves cooking, the outdoors, spending time with her family, working out, and living a healthy lifestyle.

Natanael Morales Torres
Safety Trainer/Coordinator
Natanael was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He studied at Antilles Military Academy and was a member of the JROTC program, American Red Cross, and the National Honor Society. While a member of the JROTC he achieved the rank of Cadet Sergeant Major by his second year and graduated with honors as a Cadet Lieutenant Colonel. He received multiple recognitions such as superior cadet award, leadership excellence, purple heart, and the reserve officer’s association medal awarded by the national guard, along with many others. After graduating high school, Natanael was accepted to the University of Puerto Rico majoring in Management. While enrolled in college he also worked as a sales associate at Armani exchange where he developed and honed his skills in customer service.
In 2014, he decided to move to Virginia with his family and continued his education at Tidewater Community College majoring in Business Administration. Once complete, he aims to attend Old Dominion University for follow on course work in Economics. Shortly after arriving in Virginia, Natanael began working at Food Lion and after displaying outstanding job performance was quickly promoted to supervisor.
Natanael joined Avoler group in the Summer of 2017. He quickly connected to the employees and the values of the company. He is still a full-time student and in his free time enjoys watching movies, going to parks, online gaming, and spending time with family and friends.

Adriana Rosario Rosario
Administrative Assistant
Adriana joined Avoler Group in March of 2021 shortly after relocating to Virginia with her husband who currently serves in the US NAVY. Her short yet enriching professional career full of valuable experiences have strengthened key qualities such as leadership, teamwork, and discipline, making her an excellent resource in her current role.
Adriana was born in Caguas, PR, but quickly moved to Texas where she spent most of her childhood. She studied at Captain John L. Chapin in El Paso, TX and was recognized as a distinguished student while serving as a student liaison for high school international scholars. While in school she took etiquette courses, participated in sports, and extracurricular activities such as theater and martial arts. After graduating High School, she pursued and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Communications at Ana G. Mendez University. While studying full-time, she gained additional experience in the world of customer service working as a Barista at Starbucks. She continued developing strong interpersonal skills and became a receptionist at EP Fitness, where she managed to become employee of the month for exceeding weekly and monthly goals.
In her free time, Adriana enjoys spending time with her family and pets, working out, watching movies, and reading. In the future, she hopes to pursue a post-graduate degree.
